Ruth Magyar

Ruth Magyar is a Principal Product Manager in the Azure Core Engineering team at Microsoft. She leads the strategy, planning and execution of Specialized Services deployment for our Government clouds. Ruth is a high performing technical leader with 20 years of hands-on experience with enterprise software solutions. She has been at Microsoft for 11 of those years, with experience in the Customer Services and Support, Consulting Services, and Azure Engineering organizations with deep experience in regulated industries.

She serves as the Chapter Captain for Charlotte Chapter of the Military at Microsoft Employee Resource Group (ERG). Ruth is an active mentor in the Microsoft community as well as in the Charlotte Veteran community. She began her technology career in the US Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and served her country overseas in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
