Her corporate experience includes making impacts at Vanguard, Sungard, TIAA-CREF, AIG, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo N.A. She is a sought-after Keynote speaker in the field of Agility, product delivery and Women development. She volunteers (ed) at Apparo, Southern Fried Agile, Salvation Army, Dress for Success, and various cultural and diversity initiatives across the industry. She is the founder and lead for Women in Agile, Charlotte Metro, a nonprofit which focuses on Women and ally empowerment and development in the field of Agility.

Riddhi’s main areas of focus right now at Syntelli is to drive consistency and efficiency in their delivery model. Identifying gaps in talent and addressing them proactively for an optimal client experience. She also focuses on creating an environment of learning at Syntelli to help establish and grow their different practices for Continued Customer excellence and internal customer success.
