Ria Mahajan, Panelist

Ria Mahajan is currently working in Charlotte as a Software Engineer with Bank of America’s Chief Data Office. Having completed her undergrad from the UNC Charlotte in 2020 with a BS in Computer Science and BSBA in Business Analytics, she has always been passionate about applying the latest techniques to solve and deliver the best solutions to businesses when problems arise. Prior to joining Bank of America, she has held multiple internships that allowed her to explore the world of financial crimes, cyber defense, and consulting. Ria has experience working with Python, R, Tableau, and many other analytical tools. She is now getting her Master in Data Science from UC Berkeley and hopes to help people/businesses make data driven decisions and increase value while also serving as a mentor to a new generation of students whose ideas will address real-world problems.
