Prathima Reddi

Prathima Reddi is a global engineering leader managing cross-functional, multi-cultural global technology teams. Prathima is recognized for her expertise in leading continued innovation, management and delivery of large-scale enterprise and consumer products spanning diverse organizations in tech, retail, energy, and financial sectors.

In Prathima’s current role at Microsoft, she leads teams specializing in Conversational AI using Machine Learning and Bots to provide world-class, digital support experiences to Microsoft customers and support engineers. She’s passionate about her teams and believes in nurturing and encouraging innovation and risk taking to elevate personal and team boundaries.

Prathima is currently serving as the President of Women’s ERG at Microsoft, Charlotte. In this role, she is focused on undertaking strategic initiatives and facilitating growth opportunities for Women in Tech at Microsoft and partnering with the larger Charlotte tech community.

Prathima is also a proud Niner (Masters in CS, 2006) and strives to deepen the relationships between Microsoft and UNCC.
