Natalie Turner is the Chief of Staff of the Global Sales Strategy & Business Development and Director of Business Programs of Global Cross Solution Strategy & Incubation in Microsoft Commercial Solution Areas organization. She is an energetic senior-level business strategist, sales strategist, and services strategist professional with 30 years of experience running large scale, complex businesses, selling solutions and delivering into Fortune 500 companies. Natalie has consistently achieved superior results in leading teams through startup motions and delivering results by quickly building relationships, gaining credibility, and partnering with leaders across the organization.

Natalie is a strong advocate for women and girls in STEM, spending time with Digigirls, Girls Who Code, and early in career professionals through mentoring and advancement programs. In addition, she also invest time to bring athletic programs to the community that build character and self-esteem, form moral principles, teach teamwork, and establish positive competition.

Natalie received her BA in Computer Science and Math from University North Carolina, Charlotte.
