Kabita Paul

I am a Lead Analyst at Genpact and alumni of UNC Charlotte. I started my career as a Web Developer. I have more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Working in Multinational Corporations has given me exposure to the world of global business processes. Though I have worked in the IT domain, the kind of work experience I have, gave me an opportunity to understand the importance of analytics as a backbone of any growing business. I grew so much interest in the field of analytics that I pursued a master’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte. After completion of MS, I joined Genpact as a Data analyst and Engineer. I lead Data Analytics projects in the Investment Management domain. I work on Data Modelling and Visualization.
