KEYNOTE: Janice Little
As chief diversity officer, Janice Little is responsible for culture and Lowe’s global diversity and inclusion strategy, working closely with leaders across the enterprise to expand and develop programs that cultivate an inclusive workplace. She also leads organizational effectiveness and leadership development. She joined Lowe’s in 2017.
Janice most recently served as vice president, diversity & inclusion, chief diversity officer at McKesson Corporation. While there, she was responsible for designing innovative strategies focused on business, talent and culture. Prior to her time at McKesson, Janice held multiple senior manager-level roles at Dell, Inc., in global corporate responsibility, talent acquisition and diversity & inclusion.
Janice received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance and management from the University of Texas at Austin. She was recognized as a 2017 & 2018 Top Executive in Corporate Diversity by Black Enterprise. She is the member of the board of directors for DisabilityIn and Lowe’s Foundation.
