WiDS is on March 23 from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Registration begins at 7:30am. The conference is at the UNC Charlotte Popp Martin Student Union at 9201 University City Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28223.

WiDS is a free event for everyone! Registration is now open for everyone.

Please prepare to arrive in business or business casual attire.

Visitor parking can be found at the Union Deck. Please refer to our interactive campus map. If you are a student or faculty member, your parking pass will let you in. Other attendees will need to grab a parking pass.

If you do not want to drive, we recommend using the light rail and getting off at the stop on campus and walking over to the Student Union.

We are happy to be hosting this year’s conference entirely in-person! There will not be a live stream option.

Plan to bring business cards for networking and a laptop & charger for workshop participation and product demos. If you plan to participate in the Career Fair, we suggest bringing several hard copies of your resume.

Yes! Check out the shipping information document for details on how to ship your company’s materials to the UNC Charlotte Student Union prior to the conference.

When planning our menus, we aim to have vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options available. Food items will be labeled, and event staff will be available if you have any questions.

We will serve breakfast, lunch, and hors d’oeuvres and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the evening networking reception.
