ACCESSING THE CONFERENCE THROUGH WHOVA

We highly encourage all attendees to practice logging into their Whova accounts and exploring the platform prior to the event. As a reminder, please review our step-by-step guide on how to access the WiDS Charlotte conference through Whova.

PARKING:

Parking is available at CRI Deck 1. Park at the CRI (Charlotte Research Institute) parking deck-visitor parking (CRI Deck 1-Level 1). This parking deck can be accessed from N-Tryon street (US HW29) and is across from the new UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.
